Skytel Suisse uses the following internal guidelines to responsibly offer communications privacy services.
In brief, Skytel Suisse does not issue accounts to persons who perform important public functions for a state.
This includes: Any person holding a legislative, administrative or judicial office of a country, whether appointed or elected; any person exercising a public function for a country, including for a public agency or public enterprise; and any official or agent of a public international organisation.
This includes: A senior executive of a foreign government-owned commercial enterprise, being a corporation, business or other entity formed by or for the benefit of any such individual.
This includes: A person who has been entrusted with a prominent public function, or an individual who is closely related to such a person such as an immediate family member; meaning spouse, parents, siblings, children, and spouse's parents or siblings.
'Public function' includes any activity in the public interest, delegated by a foreign country, such as the performance of a task delegated by it in connection with public procurement.
